It was tastefully decorated, brand-new and in good condition. This hotel was set in a residential area close to a factory like approach to banqueting which makes the independent traveler feel like a sausage roll at a, Hampton Court on the Saturday morning and Kingston town center.

Functional and modern place, it has SMART staff with manager who stated yes. The location is exceptionally nice, not too far from Kingston Museum.

narrow corridor. free movement not possible with sports bag. simple brewed coffee for breakfast. No big breakfast choice. Just soft toast.

Super breakfast, very friendly staff
A dress code for the breakfast room would be a great thing. Barefoot, hardly anything on, with curlers and a complete family? It's bad!

Convenient location with easy walk to both Surbiton and Kingston town centres, as well as several pubs. 🎶 Close to concerts, and the restaurant – except for breakfast – was a good spot to eat nearby.

It was extremely comfortable, very well taken care of, and we could really rest.
The room was on top floor. There was no elevator.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.
The cleanliness and comfort of the room were not in order. There's no good gluten-free bread for breakfast. But in the bar there was very tasty bread, gluten-free, for sandwiches. But the breakfast staff was overwhelmed.

The room I booked had a lovely view of a well-maintained garden and a comfortable double bed. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the city center and the Thames river, with a picturesque walk to Kingston Bridge along the tow path.

I am glad to have this opportunity to make comment. We have been staying at this Hotel for about 4 years when we visit my daughter at the weekends. Mostly we have been happy with the room allocated to us but there have been instances when we have not been that comfortable but as we only stay for 1 night have made no comments. However, on the weekend of 16/17 April my son and his partner stayed at the hotel with us. During our return journey home they complained the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and there was a "hair" ball in the shower which they had to remove. Also the bed was very uncomfortablHad I known I would have made these remarks at the time but am now taking this opportunity to inform you. The room was in th3 name of Matthew Collyer so you will be able to locate the room he was allocated and perhaps ask the Hotel to look into the above remarks.

good for a business trip. staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and quiet with free wi fi
only a small thing but a better quality of coffee ( cappuchino/latte) at breakfast would have really improved the breakfast for me.
